Bob Spearing graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Communications with Journalism, Advertising, Public Opinion, Propaganda, and Film Production as major concentrations.

Bob recently retired from the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey after 34 years. His many duties included being an FRA licensed Rail Traffic Controller and Locomotive Engineer. While in management, he was a Safety Investigator, Contract Administrator, prepared multi-million-dollar budgets, managed logistics for public relations such as concerts and cultural festivals, and curated historical railroad exhibitions at a major regional transportation hub.

Bob joined MUFON in 2014 as a Field Investigator and is currently Director of International Development. Bob has long been involved with MUFON’s various special projects including the Project Aquarius historical Database with over 2 terabytes of historical information, the opening of the Pine Bush, N.Y. UFO Museum, and the MUFON Observer Social Network

He has had numerous articles published in various UFO related magazines around the world in several languages including four MUFON Journal cover stories. He has appeared in the Travel Channel television series “UFOs: The Lost Evidence” as a photo analyst and in a recent Ancient Aliens episode about MUFON in February 2023.

He also writes articles for the MUFON Newsletter and MUFON.COM. and speaks at U.S. conventions.

Bob lives in eastern Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains with his wife and twin boys.

Stacey Wright is the State Director for Arizona MUFON, and also the Director of Phoenix MUFON.

Stacey is a certified Field Investigator and STAR Team member for MUFON and over the past 18 years has helped to build the Phoenix MUFON chapter from ground up to become one of MUFON’s largest chapters.

Stacey has worked as team leader on Roswell archaeological Digs with Don Schmitt, helped design and produce the Phoenix Lights exhibit for the Arizona Historical Society Museum, and was team leader for the revision of MUFON’s State Director Handbook.

Stacey is the organizer of MUFON’s Annual Field Investigator Boot Camp which has been held in Mesa AZ for the past 7 years. The Boot Camp is a weekend of concentrated instruction on the protocols of completing a quality investigation of a UFO-related event.

Stacey has a true passion for investigating and appreciating numerous mysteries, whether they be archaeological, interdimensional, or celestial.

Stacey has enjoyed working 30 years for the public school system, raising 2 amazing children, 4 amazing grandchildren, and in her spare time enjoys kayaking, starwatching, archery, and camping/hiking in the tall pines and high country of Arizona.

Alex Dietrich is a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander and one of four aircrew who encountered the now-famous ‘Tic Tac’ UAP during USS Nimitz training operations off the California coast on November 14, 2004. She commissioned through Navy ROTC at George Washington University, where she earned a degree in Civil Engineering, and later earned an MBA. She served as a strike fighter pilot flying the F/A-18F Super Hornet before transitioning to a career in higher education, serving as faculty in the Department of Leadership, Ethics and Law at the United States Naval Academy, and Scholar in Residence at the University of Colorado Boulder. She currently serves as an executive at Syracuse University. She is a member of the Aircrew Leadership Council of Americans for Safe Aerospace, an advisor to Enigma Labs, has testified before Congress, the NASA UAP Independent Study and appeared on CBS News 60 Minutes, CNN, BBC, PBS, NPR, and multiple international news outlets. She does not claim to know what she saw in 2004. She has never stopped thinking about it.

Marc St-Germain – National Director Emeritus MUFON Canada

Holder of a Bachelor of Science degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Marc St-Germain’s academic background leading to this diploma is as follows: Certificate in Environmental Sciences (UQÀM, 2011); Certificate in Applied Geology (UQÀM, 2013); Certificate in Anthropology (Université de Montréal, 2013). Before becoming interested in ufology, Marc served nine years in the Canadian Armed Forces (infantryman from 1985 to 1988 and supply technician from 1990 to 1996). In the late 1990s, Marc became interested in ufology because close friends were involved in incidents of close encounters of the 4thkind. Interested in learning more about a potential extraterrestrial presence, Marc St-Germain began investigating UFOs on a personal basis in the early 2000s. In 2008, after conducting a comparative study of ancestral myths and stories, he published his first book (The Age of Chaos, Secret History of Mankind ). In 2010, Marc joined the ranks of the Quebec Association of Ufology. There, until 2014, he conducted several field investigations. After that, he became a MUFON field investigator. He was promoted to the position of provincial director of MUFON Quebec in August 2015. It was during this tenure that he implemented the French translation of the MUFON field investigators’ manual. He also established the provincial membership and created the quarterly electronic journal (Le Vigilant). In 2014, he went on a speaking tour in Quebec and France to present his second book, Les Gardiens du Silence. This book was translated into English the following year and became known as The Silence Keepers. From 2015 to 2019, Marc was a speaker at the Alien Cosmic Expo in Toronto. Promoted to National Director of MUFON Canada in February 2019, Marc stepped down as director in 2020. In 2023, at the MUFON Annual Symposium in Cincinnati, in recognition of his service to MUFON, the leadership of MUFON International awarded him the title of National Director Emeritus of MUFON Canada.

Author and Researcher of High Strangeness and Anomalous Phenomena

Katie Paige is a researcher and investigator specializing in UFOs, anomalous phenomena, cryptids, and high strangeness, with a primary focus on the Rocky Mountain region. She joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) in 2012 and has served in multiple investigative and leadership roles, including STAR Team Investigator, Special Assignment Team (SAT) member, Assistant State Director for Colorado, and Colorado MUFON State Director (2020–2023).

Paige has also contributed to the preservation of MUFON’s historical archives through her work with the MUFON Anomaly Research and Reporting System (MARRS), part of Project Aquarius. The archive originated in 2006 under then-MUFON International Director James Carrion and incorporates early MUFON and Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) records, along with private collections donated by Walt Andrus and John Schuessler. Between 2014 and 2015, Clifford Clift and Debbie Ziegelmeyer organized and categorized the archive, and in 2016, Ken St. John developed the MARRS redaction system to support ethical access. In 2017, Paige was appointed MARRS Administrator and Team Lead. MARRS now operates as one of six active Project Aquarius research rooms under the direction of Robert Spearing and his team.

Paige is the director of Rocky Mountain Ranch Research, which she founded to investigate the Colorado property historically known as Clearview Ranch in the APRO case files, a site recognized for long-term anomalous activity that predates the Skinwalker Ranch case by more than a decade. He is the author of “Need to Know: The History, Law, and Practice of American Secrecy,” a sweeping exploration of the hidden architecture of classified programs, secrecy law, and the human stories buried beneath. Beckwith serves as the City Attorney for Rock Springs, Wyoming, and is the Wyoming State Director and a Board Member of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON.) He also hosts The Official MUFON Podcast. A veteran investigator with over five decades of experience in UAP research, he is recognized for his measured, evidence-driven approach to a subject often clouded by speculation.

Holding degrees in Molecular Biology (B.S.) and Law (J.D.), Beckwith’s early career included research in molecular genetics, molecular virology, and atmospheric microbiology. Before entering law, he was also a broadcaster and musician, serving as Program Director, News Director, and Air Personality for multiple broadcast radio stations.
