If your organization wishes to cover the 2024 Symposium, please adhere to the following conditions before applying:

NO AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF ANY LECTURER/SPEAKER/EVENT IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
NO AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING TO TAKE PLACE IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOTEL.
Interviews with Symposium Speakers is to be facilitated and coordinated with Symposium Staff prior to the interview.
