If your organization wishes to cover the 2025 Symposium, please adhere to the following conditions before applying:

  • Interviews with Symposium Speakers are to be facilitated and coordinated with Symposium Staff prior to the interview.
  • NO AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF ANY LECTURER/SPEAKER/EVENT IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
  • NO AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING TO TAKE PLACE IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOTEL.
